So Much Imagery!


Describe the purpose, focus, structure and style of your performance.

  • We wanted to openly raise some questions about gender and sexuality in a unique way, through physical theatre.

  • The need to adapt to feel accepted by society because acceptance is not taken for granted

  • The stereotypical beliefs of societal identities and identifications

  • Train scene : physical scene with the aid of music

  • Material possession of girls and boys and how it affects them to think.

  • Toy scene: text based scene/ physicality included

  • How transgender people were (in some cases are still) viewed.

  • Oppression against the LGBT community.

  • Pulse nightclub scene: text based scene, with some physical movements

  • Questions that are raised against gender and sexuality.
